This paper presents a control design for the one‐phase Stefan problem under actuator delay via a backstepping method. The Stefan problem represents a liquid‐solid phase change phenomenon which describes the time evolution of a material's temperature profile and the interface position. The actuator delay is modeled by a first‐order hyperbolic partial differential equation (PDE), resulting in a cascaded transport‐diffusion PDE system defined on a time‐varying spatial domain described by an ordinary differential equation (ODE). Two nonlinear backstepping transformations are utilized for the control design. The setpoint restriction is given to guarantee a physical constraint on the proposed controller for the melting process. This constraint ensures the exponential convergence of the moving interface to a setpoint and the exponential stability of the temperature equilibrium profile and the delayed controller in the norm. Furthermore, robustness analysis with respect to the delay mismatch between the plant and the controller is studied, which provides analogous results to the exact compensation by restricting the control gain.  相似文献

应用Gleeble-3500热模拟机对7075铝合金进行了热变形连接试验,利用金相显微镜和扫描电镜对不同温度和保温时间的接头界面组织进行了观察和分析,并对接头进行了拉伸性能测试。结果表明:当连接温度为460 ℃,保温时间为24 h时,对界面进行EDS分析,界面处已经没有氧化物的偏聚,此时的力学性能最佳,抗拉强度达到444 MPa,屈服强度为265 MPa。  相似文献

蒸发率是用来检测低温绝热气瓶绝热性能是否合格的一个重要指标,但是目前仍存在检测时间较长的不足。依据一维传热模型,提出了一种基于一定检测时长的优化检测方法。该方法以少于24 h的实际检测数据作为样本来获取传热系数等部分参数,并利用获取的参数预测剩余时间的蒸发流量,最终实现缩短检测时间的目的。为了验证优化方法的有效性,搭建了恒温箱实验台并进行了相关试验测试。对比结果表明,计算结果与试验值符合良好,误差在5%以内,验证了模型的可靠性与实用性。  相似文献

An observer-based adaptive fuzzy backstepping approach is proposed for nonlinear systems with respect to fractional-order differential equations, unmatched uncertainties, unmeasured states, and actuator faults. The approximation capability of fuzzy logic system and minimal learning parameter approaches are applied to identify uncertain functions in a simultaneous manner. For estimating the unavailable conditions, a fuzzy fractional-order state-observer is extended. Applying fault-tolerant approach in a backstepping design methodology would provide a new fault-tolerant adaptive fuzzy output-feedback approach for fractional-order strict-feedback systems. This control structure would assure the considered system stability through selection of the appropriate Lyapunov candidate function. Two numerical simulations are run to exhibit the validity herein.  相似文献

In this article, we develop proportional, fractional-integral, and derivative () controllers for the regulation and tracking problems of nonlinear systems. The analytic results are obtained by extending the passivity-based approach to include fractional operators. Robustness under parametric uncertainty is dealt with by a combination with an adaptive scheme. It is also shown their robustness under additive noise and their robustness under uncertainty in the derivation order. The advantages in the controlled system performance and in the control energy consumption in comparison to classic PI and proportional integral derivative controllers are illustrated for the quadratic boost converter and a benchmark system in the literature.  相似文献

This article studies control and performance enforcement for a class of uncertain dynamical systems that consist of actuated and unactuated portions physically interconnected to each other. The proposed approach stabilizes the overall interconnected system in the presence of unknown physical interconnections as well as system uncertainties. Performance guarantees are enforced, individually, on the actuated as well as unactuated portions of the interconnected system via this approach. For enforcing these performance guarantees, a set-theoretic model reference adaptive control approach is used, in conjunction with linear matrix inequalities, to restrict the respective system error trajectories of the actuated and unactuated dynamics inside a priori, user-defined compact sets. The efficacy of the proposed approach is demonstrated using simulations.  相似文献

The use of photovoltaic energy (PV) for the production of hydrogen by using autonomous modular self-regulated systems is studied. Results are compared with those obtained for controlled systems. It was proved that for small and low-cost applications, it is possible to eliminate any control system with yields as high as 91.2% in the PV-electrolyzer interface for a sunny day. Self-regulated systems are thus an excellent, safe, cheap and environmentally friendly alternative for applications in isolated sites, especially in emerging countries.  相似文献

Dynamic indirect tension experiments were performed on zirconium diboride-silicon carbide (ZrB2−20%SiC) ceramic. Flattened Brazilian disc specimens of ZrB2−20%SiC were prepared to conduct dynamic tensile tests using the modified Split Hopkinson pressure bar system. The tensile experiments were completed at the range of loading rates from 7.53 to 74.71 GP s−1. The tensile experimental results revealed that the zirconium diboride-silicon carbide ceramic composite is rate-sensitive in terms of the tensile strength and failure mode. The dynamic tensile strength increases linearly with the loading rate and changes from 195 MPa at 7.53 GP s−1 to 654 MPa at 74.71 GP s−1. Moreover, the dynamic tensile strength decreases with the increase in critical fracture time, which conforms to Tuler and Butcher's fracture criterion. In dynamic experiments, a high-speed camera was used to examine the tensile failure process, and fragments were collected to analyze the dynamic tensile failure mechanism. The tensile fracture mode of ZrB2−20%SiC obviously showed the sensitivity of the loading rate. The fragment size of ZrB2−20%SiC ceramic decreased but the quantity of fragments increased as the loading rate increased.  相似文献

摘要:致痫区脑电识别能够为癫痫外科手术提供重要的参考价值。提出了一种基于深度网络迁移学习的致痫区脑电识别算法。首先利用连续小波变换(CWT)对脑电信号进行时频分析,获得脑电信号时频图;然后迁移学习AlexNet网络模型,调整网络结构使之适应于致痫区脑电识别,将模型第7层全连接层输出作为脑电信号时频图的特征表示,最后利用支持向量机(SVM)、BP神经网络、长短期记忆网络(LSTM)、基于稀疏表达分类算法(SRC)、线性判别分析(LDA)等分类算法进行特征分类。基于开源脑电数据集采用十折交叉验证的方法对算法进行了验证,比较6种分类器的效果,得到SVM算法的平均特异性为8881%,灵敏度为8807%,准确率为8844%,证明了该方法识别致痫区脑电信号的有效性。 .txt  相似文献
